Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding employees, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Conduct telephonic/HR preliminary interviews

Follow up with candidates till joining

Employee Onboarding

Handle joining formalities and documentation

Prepare offer letters and appointment letters

Maintain employee records and database

Explain company policies and procedures to new hires

Employee Engagement & Coordination

Act as a point of contact for employee queries

Coordinate with departments for smooth communication

Support employee engagement activities

Attendance & HR Operations

Maintain attendance and leave records

Update HRMS/Excel sheets regularly

Assist in payroll data preparation

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain HR files and confidential records

Ensure proper documentation as per company policy

Support audits and HR reporting

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

MS Excel & MS Office knowledge

Coordination and follow-up ability

Organizational and multitasking skills
