Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for voice and non-voice processes while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice/non-voice/chat support).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule and manage interview rounds.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Handle bulk hiring and campus drives when required.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of BPO hiring requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment cycle.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
• Preferred Attributes:Experience in bulk hiring.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of positions closed within TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Quality of hires.
• Offer-to-joining ratio.
• Candidate satisfaction.
