Job Description

 Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Kokar, Ranchi

Industry: Interior Design

Company Overview:

Established in 2018, we are a dynamic and growing organization operating across multiple verticals—Architecture, Construction, Furniture Manufacturing, and Showroom Retail. We also take pride in executing government projects (B2G) and are Franchise Partners with Homelane Kokar, a renowned name in the interior solutions space. As we expand with a new showroom in Kokar, Ranchi, we are looking to build a strong and effective team.

To lead this effort, we are hiring an experienced and skilled HR Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end human resource functions and help drive the growth of our people and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:


  • Strategies, plan, and execute hiring for all departments and levels.


  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.


  • Ensure timely onboarding of quality talent.


  • Employee Records & Compliance:


  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation.


  • Ensure adherence to statutory HR compliances, labor laws, and organizational policies.


  • Performance Management & Process Development:


  • Design and implement a performance review framework.


  • Continuously monitor and improve performance processes.


  • Training & Development:


  • Identify training needs and design programs for skill enhancement.


  • Foster a learning culture within teams to build capability.


  • Team & Task Alignment:


  • Coordinate with department heads to align daily/weekly tasks.


  • Drive accountability and process discipline across all teams.


  • Process Improvement & Management:


  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and implement solutions.


  • Enable smooth and effective management of HR processes and operations.


  • Onboarding & Induction:


  • Design and manage structured onboarding experiences.


  • Ensure new hires are well integrated into the company culture.


  • Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.


  • 2+ years of proven experience in HR, preferably in a multi-domain company (construction/interiors/manufacturing preferred).


  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, documentation, and workflow systems.
