IT Executive

1. IT Infrastructure Management

•Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud systems.

•Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.

•Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operations.

2. IT Support & Service Delivery

•Manage IT support team for timely resolution of technical issues (L1–L3).

•Maintain SLA for tickets, system updates, troubleshooting, and user support.

•Implement ITIL best practices for service management.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance

•Monitor security controls, antivirus, firewalls, and data protection systems.

•Conduct periodic audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks (ISO, GDPR, SOC, etc.)

•Disaster Recovery Plans.

4. Software & Application Management

•Oversee implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of business applications (ERP/CRM/HRMS).

•Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders for successful deployments.

•Ensure licensing compliance and version control.

5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

•Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT team performance.

•Manage external vendors, contracts, and service partners.

•Negotiate pricing, AMC, procurement of hardware/software.

6. Project Management

•Plan and execute IT projects (network upgrade, cloud migration, security improvements).

•Prepare timelines, and status reports.
