As a Junior Acquisition Manager in the Retail Liabilities division, you will be responsible for acquiring high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and onboarding them into the bank’s premium customer base. This role demands a proactive and customer-centric approach to build a strong CASA (Current Account Savings Account) book and generate revenue through third-party product (TPP) sales. You will be expected to leverage your existing customer base, coordinate effectively with internal channels, and deliver a seamless banking experience. The role also involves understanding client portfolios, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships.
