A Labour Helper / Mazdoor is responsible for assisting in various manual tasks at construction sites, warehouses, factories, or other workplaces. This role involves carrying, loading, unloading, cleaning, and helping skilled workers in their activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, goods, or equipment.
• Assist skilled workers like masons, carpenters, electricians, or mechanics.
• Clean work areas, tools, and machinery.
• Move materials to designated locations within the site or premises.
• Follow safety instructions and wear protective gear.
• Support in packing, stacking, or arranging goods.
• Perform other basic manual tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• No formal education required (basic literacy preferred).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
• Willingness to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
