Job Description

✅ Field Lead Generation: Actively visit real estate developers, property dealers, and new homeowners to identify potential clients.

✅ Client Meetings & Relationship Building: Engage with prospects, understand their interior design needs, and present HMSS Interiors’ customized solutions.

✅ Deal Closure: Persuade and negotiate with clients to finalize interior design contracts.

✅ Networking & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with realtors and developers to receive consistent lead referrals.

✅ Daily Field Work: Spend 6-7 hours on the field meeting potential clients and generating business opportunities.

✅ Company Support: Utilize company-provided resources, marketing materials, and support to optimize lead conversion.
