Role Overview


The Office Logistic In-Charge is responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics operations within the office, ensuring smooth movement of materials, inventory handling, vendor coordination, and timely dispatch. The role also requires strong computer literacy for documentation, data management, and office software usage. In addition, the candidate should be well-versed in online product listing on e-commerce platforms, maintaining accuracy, visibility, and quality of product information.


Key Responsibilities


1. Office Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
  • Maintain stock records, track inventory levels, and prepare inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners for timely delivery and pickup.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and systematic organization of storage areas.


2. Administrative & Computer-Related Tasks

  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports and delivery notes.
  • Handle email communication, documentation, and data entry work.
  • Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheet
  • Maintain digital records and ensure proper file management.


3. Online Product Listing & E-Commerce Management

  • Create and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or company website.
  • Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurately.
  • Optimize listings for SEO and better visibility.
  • Monitor listing quality, fix errors, and update stock availability.
  • Coordinate for order processing, returns, and customer-related listing support.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of office logistics, inventory handling, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in computers, MS Office, MS Excel (Important) and basic software tools.
  • Experience with online product listing and e-commerce management.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation Skill
  • Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, office coordination, or e-commerce operations.
