*Job Description:*

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR. As a key member of our growing company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and forging partnerships with coaching centers across the region.


1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential coaching centers and educational institutions within the Delhi NCR region.

2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and proactively reach out to coaching centers to establish partnerships and collaborations.

3. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with coaching centers, both online and offline, to onboard them onto our platform.

4. Business Expansion: Work towards expanding our network of coaching centers by identifying new opportunities and negotiating partnerships.

5. Skill-Based Coaching Centers: Identify and prioritize skill-based coaching centers that align with our platform's mission and offerings.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for promoting our platform and attracting coaching centers.

7. Goal-Oriented Approach: Set ambitious targets for partnership acquisition and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.


1. Passion for Education: A genuine passion for transforming the education sector and improving access to coaching services for students.

2. Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to potential partners.

3. Networking Skills: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with coaching center owners and decision-makers.

4. Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.

6. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the education landscape in Delhi NCR and understanding of the coaching center market is preferred.

7. Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
