We are redefining how memories are captured — moving beyond traditional photography and videography to immersive experiences that allow couples to relive their special day.


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and venue partnerships in the wedding segment.


🎯 Role Overview


The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building venue partnerships, promoting VR wedding experiences, and converting prospects into bookings.


This role requires strong networking skills, presentation ability, and experience in the wedding/event industry.


📌 Key Responsibilities


🟣 Sales & Lead Generation


  • Generate wedding leads through online and offline channels
  • Convert photography/videography inquiries into VR upgrade bookings
  • Develop relationships with wedding planners, decorators, and photographers
  • Follow up on inquiries and close deals


🟣 Venue & Partner Development


  • Approach banquet halls and premium hotels
  • Present VR Experience model to management
  • Develop revenue-sharing partnerships
  • Maintain long-term partner relationships


🟣 Marketing & Brand Promotion


  • Plan local marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate social media promotion
  • Organize demo sessions for potential clients
  • Participate in wedding exhibitions and vendor meets


🟣 Client Consultation


  • Educate clients about VR & 360° recording
  • Provide demos and explain packages
  • Handle negotiations and booking confirmation

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 2–5 years experience in wedding sales / event sales / hospitality sales

  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
