Job Title: Office Assistant

📍 Location: Baralal St, Next to Bank of Baroda, Upper Bazar, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 per month

⏰ Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

• Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and office communications
• Manage filing systems and maintain documents
• Record and update information in databases
• Greet and assist clients and visitors
• Maintain paperwork and basic word processing
• Keep office common areas organized
• Perform general office duties and errands
• Go for deliveries or outside office work when required
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Assist with client reception and coordination
• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Friendly personality with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license preferred
