We are looking for a dynamic and disciplined female professional to join our healthcare operations team in Ranchi.

This is not a routine administrative role.

We are looking for someone who can build systems, manage people, and grow into a full-fledged Operations Head within 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Nurse deployment and workforce coordination

Managing emergency replacements

Matching caregivers to clients based on temperament and competency

Handling client communication and feedback

HR record maintenance and performance monitoring

Strengthening discipline and work culture

Eligibility:

Graduate (BBA / MBA / BCom preferred; any Bachelor’s degree may apply)

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Leadership mindset with emotional maturity

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

Willingness to stay in hostel (preferred)
