Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
