Printing Press Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to manage all aspects of print projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process—from planning and prepress to printing and finishing—ensuring quality standards are met within budget and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards, color accuracy, and client specifications.
• Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee external vendors, manage vendor relationships, and handle inventory of print supplies.
• Workflow Optimization: Implement best practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule print production staff.
• Prepress Coordination: Manage file preparation, pre-press checks, and proofing processes.
