Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist / Telecaller to manage our front desk and handle incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for product promotion, lead generation, or follow-ups.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or interviews as needed.
• Manage front desk activities, including mail distribution and document handling.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
