Receptionist Cum Telecaller & MTW

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Reception: Greet visitors, maintain a tidy reception area, and manage office security procedures.
• Telecommunication: Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, provide company information, and handle client inquiries.
• Lead Management: Perform outbound calls to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and schedule appointments.
• Administration: Manage mail/deliveries, file documents, and update client databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a front office or telecalling role is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Customer-focused, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Education: Typically a High School Diploma or equivalent.
