✔ College & Institute Tie-ups (ITI / +2 / Local Schools)

✔ Field visits, candidate mobilization & counseling

✔ Screening Non-Matric / Matric / ITI / 12th candidates

✔ Daily reporting & coordination with HR Team

🎯 Candidate Profile:✅ Age: 21–40 Years

✅ Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

✅ Field work experience preferred

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Bike & Smartphone mandatory

✅ Target-oriented mindset
