Job Summary:

Jungli Bar & Restro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, strong guest management skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff to ensure seamless operations
• Deliver outstanding guest service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
• Maintain a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere
• Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and cleanliness are maintained
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during busy hours
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Handle billing processes and ensure accuracy in transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar
• Age from 23 to 30yrs Old
• Strong guest management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient during rush hours
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
