Retail Partner Distributor ka role ek business partner ke roop mein kaam karna hai jo Bajaj Life Insurance ke products ko promote karein aur unhe sell karein. Aapko apne network ke zariye naye customers ko acquire karna hoga aur existing clients ke liye additional services provide karni hogi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bajaj Life Insurance ke products ko effectively promote aur sell karna.
• Naye customers acquire karna aur unko customized insurance solutions offer karna.
• Sales targets ko achieve karna aur sales performance ko monitor karna.
• Existing clients ko engage karna aur unke insurance needs ko identify karna.
• Company ki policies aur procedures ko follow karte hue customer relationships manage karna.
• Market trends aur competitor analysis karte hue apne business ko grow karna.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Strong communication skills in [Hindi/English/Local Language].
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Experience in sales, insurance, or finance industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
