A BABYHUG Store Manager leads daily store operations, drives sales to meet targets, manages staff (hiring, training, performance), controls inventory, ensures excellent customer service, maintains visual merchandising, handles administration, and upholds company policies for profitability and brand presence, requiring strong leadership, sales acumen, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales goals, implement promotions, and manage store profitability.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate store staff.

Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, build loyalty, and resolve issues.

Operations: Oversee daily store functions, ensure compliance, and manage administration.

Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, manage replenishment, and ensure proper display.

Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual standards for product presentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
