Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
• Assist in brand promotion and awareness activities
• Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
