Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, handle site visits, and close residential property sales. The candidate will play a key role in promoting premium apartments & villas and converting walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partner references into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound leads from digital campaigns, CRM, walk-ins & channel partners

Conduct property presentations & site visits professionally

Understand customer needs & recommend suitable inventory

Explain pricing, payment plans, bank loan assistance & documentation

Follow up with prospects regularly & maintain pipeline in CRM

Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality improvement

Prepare booking forms, agreements & assist in registration process

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Build long-term client relationships & generate referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / MBA preferred

1–5 years experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong communication can apply)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Hindi + basic English mandatory)

Good knowledge of CRM, lead management & follow-ups

Smart personality, well-groomed
