Sales Executive

Sales & Customer Interaction

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Present and explain Royal Enfield motorcycles, features, variants, and pricing.
• Conduct test rides and ensure customer comfort and safety during the process.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales through effective negotiation and communication.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers through calls, visits, and messages.

Documentation & Delivery

• Complete all sales documentation including booking forms, finance applications, and registration papers.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely vehicle handover.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during the delivery process by conducting delivery ceremonies and feedback collection.

Business Development

• Generate new leads through field visits, corporate tie-ups, local events, and promotional activities.
• Participate in test ride camps, exhibitions, and brand promotional events.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral sales.

Reporting & Coordination

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
• Report daily activities and sales updates to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with finance, service, and accessories departments for seamless customer experience.
