Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and follow-up calls
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales
- Explain products/services clearly to clients
- Maintain client database and update records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)
- Confidence in client interaction
- Prior sales experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
