Position: Sales Executive

Responsible to: Sales Manager


A. Overview of the position The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection from customers. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to meet both sales and recovery targets while maintaining healthy business relationships with clients. B. Qualification ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). ❖ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. C. Experience and Skills ★ Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role ★ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ★ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. ★ Ability to work under pressure and travel as required. ★ Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular progress reports to management. ★ Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards. ★ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. ★ Handle key accounts and resolve major client issues promptly. ★ Recruit, train, motivate, and guide sales executives to achieve individual and team goals. ★ Growth in revenue and market share. ★ Accuracy and timeliness of reports. ★ Ensure timely response to customer queries and follow up on orders and payments. D. Working Relationship The position reports to the Sales Manager as a member of the operational team. It also has working relationships with other cross-functional teams. Srictly confidential E. Key Responsibilities ❖ Develop and implement the strategic business plan for the Corporate Business Unit. ❖ Identify new markets, sectors, and corporate opportunities to drive revenue and market share growth. ❖ Lead business expansion, diversification, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand and profitability. ❖ Align unit objectives with overall corporate strategy and ensure execution excellence. ❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level corporate clients and strategic partners. ❖ Represent the company in corporate meetings, industry events, and forums. ❖ Ensure delivery excellence and long-term partnership value creation.
