Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring a superior shopping experience for customers purchasing crockery, utensils, and home essentials.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in selecting crockery, kitchenware, and home essentials suited to their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, usage, and care instructions effectively to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling and upselling.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and store presentation to ensure a visually appealing environment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of new arrivals, product specifications, and promotional offers.
• Assist with inventory management — including stock checking, tagging, and restocking.
• Coordinate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Requirements:Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in crockery, kitchenware, or home essentials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and billing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
