We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, generating new leads, converting prospects into retailers, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for achieving targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products to potential retailers.

Generate leads through field visits, calls, social media, and referrals.

Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Follow up with retailers regularly to ensure conversion.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Report daily sales activity to the team leader/manager.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Support marketing activities and participate in promotional events when required.

Education: 12th pass/Graduate (any stream).

Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in sales (field or tele-sales).

Must be confident, well-spoken, and professional in behavior.
