Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Executive (Field) will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground visits and market development activities. The role requires strong communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to work independently in the field.

  • Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Market Development
  2. Identify potential customers in the assigned territory through field visits and networking.
  3. Conduct cold calls and regular follow-ups to create new business opportunities.
  4. Study local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  5. Visit customers regularly to present company products.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
  7. Close deals through negotiation and follow-up with customers.
  8. Track and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  9. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  10. Ensure timely communication and problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  11. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management.
  12. Maintain daily visit reports, lead status updates, and sales activity logs.
  13. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  14. Ensure proper documentation of orders and collections.
  15. Follow up on product delivery and payment collection.
  16. Follow company guidelines, policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory depending on industry).
  2. 1–3 years of field sales experience.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile apps for reporting.
