Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM.
• Collect and document customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience.
• Share feedback and insights with the sales and management teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversions.
• Prepare reports on calls, conversions, and customer feedback.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong listening skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, email).
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
