Sales Head

Drive sales and deal closures for the Corporate BU.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Develop and execute sales strategies for Jharkhand’s corporate market.

Lead and coach the BU sales team.

Collaborate with service/technical teams for timely delivery.

Ensure BU profitability as per Globe’s IBU model.

Submit periodic reports & forecasts.

Other Responsibility

Coordinate and collaborate with other functional departments, to facilitate meeting of business objectives;

Support and ensure implementation of initiatives taken by the management;

Ensure adherence to GSS’s policies and procedures, including timely update of various Trackers and database;

Ensure that the operational costs are controlled and minimized, for effective utilization of the Firm’s resources;

Ensure that the Firm’s properties and assets are safeguarded;

Ensure maintenance of workplace health and safety requirements.
