Sales Manager
General Summary:
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Core Functions:
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage sales pipeline working closely.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to progressing the opportunity and closing the sale.
3. Get a deep understanding of the customer's business challenges, their impact and how our offerings can help overcome the challenges.
4. Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team to help determine the best implementation method and project plan during the Sales process.
5. B2B sales experience in selling IOT solutions
6. Knowledge about Supply chain and logistics process.
7. Knowledge about IOT Solution ( RFID & GPS Technology)
Desired Skills:
1. Ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CIO/ Business/Department Heads)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Possess Product/ solution selling experience with technical knowledge.

Qualification:
1. BCA, B.Tech -IT, MCA, BSc. Computer science, PGDM MBA (Marketing)
