Job Summary Senzense Corporation is hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow our software sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, team leadership, client acquisition, and business expansion for our software and IT services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Generate new business leads for software and IT services
• Handle B2B, corporate, and institutional sales
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Required Skills & QualificationsMaster Degree MBA or equivalent (Mandatory)
• 3–7 years of experience in Software / IT Services Sales
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
