Sales Manager

Job Summary

Wow Detailing is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our premium customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance

Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Drive sales for premium services such as PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, and related services

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversions and customer experience

Handle key accounts and high-value customers

Ensure achievement of sales justifications and KRAs

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or premium service industry

Experience in managing and leading a sales team

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
