Maintain a daily lead sheet with updated contact information.

2. Lead Conversion

Call and follow up with all leads to explain Bow Detailings’ services.

Convert interested leads into confirmed customers by offering the right package.

Answer customer doubts regarding service types, prices, timelines, and quality.

3. Customer Acquisition

Actively search for new customers in nearby areas, corporate offices, residential societies, and automobile showrooms.

Promote Bow Detailings’ services through field visits, posters, mini-campaigns, and networking.

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

4. Service Promotion

Explain all services clearly (detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, washing, interior cleaning, etc.).

Suggest the best service based on the vehicle’s condition and customer needs.

Upsell higher-value services whenever possible.

5. Customer Coordination

Schedule appointments, pickups, and drop-offs as required.

Ensure customers reach the service location and are satisfied with the initial reception.

Update customers during the service process until delivery.

6. Market Analysis

Study competitor pricing and offers.

Suggest suitable discounts, combo offers, and promotional schemes.

7. Reporting Work

Maintain a daily sales report including leads collected, calls made, customers convinced, and conversions.

Update management with feedback from customers.

Provide weekly performance summaries and monthly target achievements.

8. Brand Representation

Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Represent Bow Detailings in local events or marketing activities.

Create goodwill and a positive reputation for the company.
