We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Candidate Requirement & Skill :

1) Must Be Graduate.

2) Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Job Description :

1) Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

2) Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

3) Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

4)Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

5) Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

6)Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

7) Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
