Sales Team Leader

Swevex Tech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead to manage the Seller Onboarding and Paid Services team. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team to onboard sellers onto e-commerce platforms, driving revenue through paid services, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high client satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Seller Onboarding & Paid Services team.
• Drive monthly revenue and onboarding targets.
• Monitor daily performance, conversions, and team productivity.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of sellers on various e-commerce platforms.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of seller concerns.
• Track paid service closures and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review.
• Implement strategies to improve onboarding efficiency and revenue generation.
• Requirements:1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, Seller Onboarding, or Inside Sales.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of online marketplaces and seller management processes.
