Senior HR Executive

Core HR Roles & Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance as per company and labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.

Sales KPI & Performance Management Responsibilities -

• Design, implement, and monitor monthly KPIs for sales personnel aligned with company revenue goals.
• Track monthly sales performance at individual and team levels.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI and performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to define targets, incentives, commissions, and performance benchmarks.
• Identify performance gaps and initiate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where required.
• Support management in sales incentive planning and evaluation based on KPI results.
