Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Ranchi office. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in core HR functions, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Oversee payroll processing and compliance
• Draft HR policies and ensure adherence
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
• Monitor performance management processes
• Organize staff training and development sessions
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
• Maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role
• MASTERS OR MBA in HR preferred
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficient in MS Office, HR software/tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
