Duties and Responsibilities :-

Monitor day-to-day activities of the team assigned

Manage, supervise and ensure timely closures/completions of tasks assigned to team

Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

Implementations of new SOPs and ensure that all the SOPs set are rigorously followed

Training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals

Sending regular updates to internal and external stakeholders about the activities performed as and when required

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze and ensure successful completion of short- and long-term Goals

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Use and continually develop leadership skills

Perform audits on regular intervals to minimize project risks

Perform other related duties as assigned

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project

Will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Ready to travel across the territory assigned/region
