Role: Senior Relationship Manger - Automobile Sales

Job Description:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve individual and group sales targets in the automobile sector.

Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and oversee sales strategies to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility in assigned territories.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance using KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement through regular coaching and performance reviews.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, maintaining accurate records of team activities.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
