Service Head

Position: Head – Service Operations (JLR Dealership)

Location: Ranchi

Reporting to: Dealer Principal

Experience: 10+ years (Luxury / Premium automotive preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead end-to-end service operations for a Jaguar Land Rover dealership. The role demands a strong balance between technical excellence, customer relationship ownership, and long-term team leadership, aligned with JLR Global standards and Dealer Service Excellence norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Service Operations including workshop, bodyshop, warranty, and service quality in line with JLR standards.
• Act as the primary customer escalation point, personally managing high-value and sensitive client relationships.
• Drive service revenue, profitability, and service absorption through effective estimation, cost control, and repeat business.
• Ensure strict compliance with JLR SOPs, audits, CSI/NPS targets, and Dealer Service Excellence KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and retain a large multi-functional service team, building long-term stability and second-line leadership.
• Monitor and present MIS, productivity, TAT, and quality metrics to dealership leadership with corrective action plans.
• Serve as the key interface with JLR Corporate, managing audits, trainings, campaigns, recalls, and warranty alignment.
