Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and vendors effectively
• Monitor progress, timelines, and material usage
• Maintain safety, discipline, and cleanliness at site
• Identify site-related issues and resolve them promptly
• Coordinate with the design team, consultants, and management
• Prepare basic site reports and updates as required

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/interior/landscape projects
• Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Practical problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Willingness to adapt, learn, and face new challenges on site
• Good communication and coordination skills
