Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Executive who can manage our social media accounts and drive consistent growth. The ideal candidate should be strong in content creation, video editing, and designing creatives for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Create high-quality creatives, graphics, and post designs as per brand style.

• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Tutorials, etc.).

• Plan monthly content calendars and growth strategies.

• Track performance, analyse insights, and suggest improvements.

• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to content.

• Coordinate with founder/team for campaigns and brand messaging.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies.

• Good sense of design, storytelling, and content ideas.

• Basic knowledge of social media ads is a plus.

• Creativity, consistency, and ability to work independently.
