We’re hiring enthusiastic and creative individuals for the role of Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager. The role will begin with a 3-month internship, followed by a full-time position based on performance.

Internship Details (First 3 Months):• Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (based on skills and performance)

Post-Internship (Full-Time Employment):• Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:·        • Create, plan, and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

·        • Develop digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

·        • Content writing for blogs, social posts, emailers, and ad copies

·        • Manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide reports

·        • Coordinate with design teams and video editors for content creation

·        • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media algorithms

Requirements:·        • Strong passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing

·        • Creative mindset with excellent writing skills (English & Hindi preferred)

·        • Proficiency in content creation, Canva, or other design tools is a plus

·        • Basic knowledge of SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads is desirable

·        • Must have a personal laptop

·        • Available to work on-site
