Job Description
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, and chutneys.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Manage daily food preparation and timely service.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and inform management for timely procurement.
- Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage practices.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements when required.
