Job Description
The candidate should be experienced in South Indian cuisine. Preparation for dosa batter, idli, vada, and aloo masala should be done before 9 am. Adequate breaks will be given every day.
Cafe Timing: 9 am - 10 pm 'NO HOLIDAY'.
उम्मीदवार को दक्षिण भारतीय व्यंजनों का अनुभव होना चाहिए। डोसा बैटर, इडली, वड़ा और आलू मसाला की तैयारी सुबह 9 बजे से पहले पूरी हो जानी चाहिए। हर दिन पर्याप्त ब्रेक दिए जाएंगे।
कैफ़े का समय: सुबह 9 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक — ‘कोई छुट्टी नहीं’।
