Spoken English Trainer

Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer who can help students improve their communication, fluency, and confidence in English speaking. The trainer should be able to conduct interactive sessions and focus on practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions
• Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
• Design and deliver interactive classroom activities (role plays, group discussions, presentations)
• Assess student progress through regular tests and feedback
• Help students with interview preparation and personality development
• Maintain attendance and student performance records
• Create lesson plans and training materials
• Motivate and guide students to build confidence in public speaking

Required Skills:

• Excellent command over spoken and written English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train students from basic to advanced levels
• Good understanding of grammar and pronunciation techniques
• Energetic, engaging, and student-friendly teaching approach
• Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (BA English preferred)
• Certification in Spoken English / Soft Skills / Communication Training is a plus
