Job Description:

Mia by Tanishq is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing branded retail stores, preferably in jewellery, electronics, or similar retail formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and store KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance brand experience
• Handle store merchandising and visual display as per brand guidelines
• Manage and motivate store staff, including training and performance monitoring
• Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with backend teams for replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management
• Prior experience in branded retail stores (Jewellery / Electronics / Fashion / Lifestyle) is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with exclusive retail store management experience

Experience in jewellery retail will be an added advantage
