Roles:

Oversee store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Lead and manage the store team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.

Maintain stock levels, store hygiene, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Manage daily operations, inventory, and staff coordination.

Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality service, resolve customer queries, and enhance in-store engagement.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales through strategic promotions and customer interactions.

Team Management: Train, motivate, and lead the store staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock, prevent shortages, and ensure proper merchandising.

Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate sales records and ensure store adherence to com
