Job Description
- Customer ServiceGreet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues politely
- 🔹 Sales & BillingAchieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Operate POS (billing) system accurately and handle cash/card/UPI payments
- 🔹 Store OperationsEnsure proper product display and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store
- Refill shelves and ensure products are properly tagged and priced
- 🔹 Inventory ManagementCheck stock availability and report low stock to the supervisor
- Assist in stock receiving, counting, and stock audits
- Prevent stock loss, damage, or pilferage
- 🔹 Compliance & DisciplineFollow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and professional behavior
- 🔹 Team CoordinationCoordinate with store manager and team members
- Support during peak hours and special promotions
